Cancellation Policy

Your custom is incredibly important to us, and we will always do our utmost to ensure we can fit you in for an appointment to suit you.

Our Cancellation / No Show Policy

We understand that sometimes you may have to cancel your appointment with us. We ask for a minimum of 48 hours notice if you wish to cancel, re-arrange or amend your appointment, otherwise a cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of your treatment or service will be charged.

You will be asked to provide your card details at the time of booking.

It is incredibly difficult to fill last minute appointments, however if we are able to do so, you will not be charged a cancellation fee.

We understand that life is busy so to assist you, we will send out reminder texts or emails 3 working days before your appointment. Please ensure that you notify us if your contact details have changed.

If you need to cancel your appointment, we ask that you do so by calling the salon on (01480) 454267, not by text message, email or social media channels.

Payment Details

Before we ask for your card details to cover a cancellation fee or to take a deposit, we will confirm:

  • The service or treatment you have booked
  • The time and date of your appointment
  • The total price (including taxes) of the service or treatment booked or how the price will be calculated if an exact price cannot be given.


A deposit of 25% of the cost of your Service or Treatment appointments will be taken at the time of booking if:

  • You missed previous appointments with us
  • You are a new client
  • You are booking an appointment lasting more than two hours

Your deposit will be taken off of your bill when you pay for the service or treatment that you have received. The deposit will be fully refunded or transferable if you cancel, re-arrange or amend your appointment with at least 48 hours notice. If your deposit is transferred to a future appointment, this must be used within 6 months of the date of deposit paid.

If you give us less than 48 hours notice, the deposit will be non-refundable or transferable unless we are able to fill your appointment space.

The deposit will be refunded to you if a service or treatment is unsuitable for you or if we are unable to provide it for any reason.

If a deposit is not paid at the time of booking, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment.

In the event that we should have to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we will do our very best to find you the next available appointment. Your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment or may be refunded back to you if you wish to cancel.

Advanced Payments

We reserve the right to request advance payments in whole for the treatment or service you are booking if:

  • You have missed two or more appointments with us

In case of a late cancellation with less than 48 hours notice or in the event that you miss your appointment, your advanced payment will be non-refundable or transferable.

If we are able to fill your appointment space, we will charge an amount of the advanced payment to cover the cost of finding another client.

Allergy Tests/Consultations

The health and safety of our clients is always of paramount importance to us. Allergy tests may need to be carried out for the following treatments – Tinting, HD Brows, LVL and Lash extensions.

  • New Clients
  • Clients who have not had their service at Sanctum Beauty in the last 6 months

This is not an exhaustive list and we reserve the right to request that you undertake an allergy test at any time.

All allergy tests are required to be carried out at least 48 hours prior to your Treatment or Service. We will make an appointment for your consultation and allergy test with you when you make your appointment. Failure to attend your consultation and allergy test appointment within the sufficient time frame of 48 hours will result in your appointment being cancelled and your deposit will be non refundable or transferable.

Under 16s

Please note that we require our clients under the age of 16 to be accompanied by a parent or guardian to their appointments. Some services are not permitted on clients under the age of 16.

Late Arrivals

We do our very best to keep to time, and we ask that you please do the same as appointments are scheduled in accordance with the services required. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, your appointment may have to be rescheduled and your deposit may not be refunded.
